Originally imagined as some kind of crazy underwater wave machine diver mutated into one of our most abstract creations. Innovation, out of the box thinking and a fair dose of wackiness where all elements thrown into this design.

The graphic is printed onto 100% organic certified cotton jersey using discharge printing meaning the design sits within the weave of the fabric not as a thick layer on top.

The jersey is soft and light weight at 120gsm and has been chosen for comfort for people on the move.

 

Being light weight and 100% organic cotton we suggest a reasonably mild wash:

  • 30 degrees Celsius
  • wash with similar colours
  • do not bleach
  • do not iron
  • do not tumble dry
  • do not dry clean 

Delivery

We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days.

Once despatched the First Class Royal Mail postage service deliver 90% of their parcels the following day for UK.within the .

For international deliveries we use Royal Mail Air Mail Service which will deliver to Europe within 3 working days and worldwide within 5 working days.

Returns

Just because we are online doesn't mean that you can't return your product to us if you're not 100% happy.

Simply use the returns sticker to post back your product to us with a short note to say what the problems was and we will process it as quickly as possible to give you a full refund.

1. How do I make a purchase through Keebunga.com?

Click any item that you want to buy and add them to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click on "check out". You will then be asked for your details.

2. What methods of payment do you take?

We accept Visa/ Mastercard / Maestro , Visa Debit and American Express. All payments are managed through Sage pay.

3. When is payment charged to my card?

Your credit or debit card will be debited for the total value of your order at the time we receive it. We will not accept your order or supply the goods to you until your credit or debit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for the payment of the goods ordered.

4. Can I send orders to an address which is different from the billing address?

Yes, orders can be sent to an address which is different to the billing address. During check out after you have entered the billing address you will have the option of filling out a different shipping address.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive including processing and shipping?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 working days. Shipping depends on the service selected at checkout. Keebunga Company cannot guarantee against delays in shipping once the order has left our facility.

7. Will keebunga key case float?

Yes keebunga key case will float and supports the weight of an average car key (inside) and one or two other small keys attached.

8. Do all car keys and keys fit inside keebunga key case?

No. We have endeavoured to design the keebunga key case so that it remains a compact as possible whilst fitting the vast majority of keys. However there are some keys that are too large to fit inside the case. Please check our sizing guide before you place order. If you purchase a keebunga and find that you key does not fit you can return it and get a full refund so long as it has not been used and all packaging and product is in perfect condition. We cannot however refund the cost of returning the product to us and or the cost of shipping it to you (post and packaging) refund is subject to our inspection of the returned Goods.

10. What Happens If Goods are Unavailable?

We operate under UK Law which means your rights with anything you buy online (from us or elsewhere) are for a refund (excluding postage) any item returned within seven days in its original packaging and condition.

When returning items please enclose a note including your order number so we can deal with the return as quickly as possible.

IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY, DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU.


6. Specific Terms and Conditions of Purchasing Keebunga Key Case

We cannot compensate for water ingress caused by the seal being compromised through force caused by activity or any external physical movement. All returns will be tested using our water pressure chamber to access fault.

We cannot guarantee our cases against accidental damage, or against general wear and tear. We do recommend that you make sure that your insurance covers the contents.

7.Interlectual Property Rights

The Keebunga trade mark as well as all trade marks, whether they are figurative or not, and all other marks, illustrations, images, and logo which appear on our products, accessories or packaging, whether registered or not, are and remain the exclusive property of Keebunga Company Limited. Any reproduction, whether complete or partial, modification or use of these marks, illustrations, images and logo, for whatever reason and in whatever medium, without our written, express and prior agreement, is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.


8.Circumstances Beyond Our Control


We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these Terms of Sale. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure of our supplier(s); failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address, or a failure by you to affect payment.

Orders can be sent to an address which is different to the billing address. During check out after you have entered the billing address you will have the option of filling out a different shipping address.

Unfortunately orders do go missing in the post or can be delayed. If your order fails to arrive contact us via email, quoting your order reference and we will send a prompt replacement after 10 working days. Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection. This can sometimes delay arrival because of this we can't offer a replacement on missing items for 28 days or until you've contacted customs to establish an item isn't being held. We are required to attach a customs label with the value of the goods and they may be subject to import duties. Please check this before you order.
